A city measured in movement. Long exposures let the crowd blur into weather, while whoever stays still becomes the subject.

Silhouettes came out of a simple question: what does a crowd look like when you photograph time instead of people? Shot across Paris over a winter, the series holds the shutter open long enough that passers-by dissolve into a single grey current, leaving the one figure who does not move to carry the whole frame.
Every frame is made in-camera on a tripod, with no composites. The work is about patience and placement: finding a position where the architecture gives the eye somewhere to rest, then waiting for the city to supply the motion. Graded cold and printed for gallery scale.
