Brand management in Paris

For companies that are seen and not remembered. I set what the brand must be remembered for, then I run it: the content, the campaigns and the production.

Brand management usually splits into two companies: a consultancy that writes the strategy and a production house that films something else. I do both, so what is decided on Monday is what gets shot on Thursday.

What it covers

  • Positioning. Who it is for, in which situation they think of you, and what you say that a neighbour could not.
  • Distinctive assets. Two or three codes people can recognise without the name, with rules for using them.
  • Tone. How the brand speaks, what it never says, and how it answers objections.
  • Content plan. What goes out, on which channel, for the coming months.
  • Campaigns. Meta ads tested and refreshed by results, and Google demand read properly before any money is spent.
  • Search. Pages built around what people type, in the language they type it.
  • Reporting. Enquiries, positions and recognition, stated as they are. I will never promise you a sales percentage.

Who it suits

Small and mid-size companies in Paris without a full marketing team, founders who are tired of briefing four suppliers, and local brands with a real product and no memorable presence. If you need a global rebrand with a team of twenty, you need an agency, and I will tell you so.

What a month looks like

Each month starts from the same codes and changes the story: a plan, a shoot, films and carousels, ads refreshed from the previous results, and a short report. The VigoTrans case shows how it runs in real life, from the site to WhatsApp.

Why distinctiveness first

Large studies by Romaniuk, Sharp and Ehrenberg found that buyers perceive little difference between competing brands, and still buy them. What separates brands that grow is being easy to notice and easy to recall. So I start from recognition, not from a longer list of benefits. Read the short guide.

Questions

Do you work as a freelance brand manager or as a project?

Both exist. Most of what I do is a monthly mission, because memory is built by repetition. A first audit of your category can stand alone.

Is this an agency?

No. It is one person who decides, shoots, cuts and ships, with specialists brought in only when a job really needs them.

Which languages?

French, English and Serbian. I also handle the Balkan diaspora market in Paris and the region.

Do you publish prices?

No, because the scope changes everything. Tell me what you have and what you need, and you get a clear proposal.

Recent films

Tell me what should stay.

A brand to sort out, a film to shoot, or a session in Paris. A few lines are enough. Say what it is, when, and where you are.
